Name Monika (Pandya) Burchfield '00 LAS, '02 Education
Director, Organizational Development
Monika has remained close to her Illinois roots though advising student organizations, coaching leadership certificate candidates, volunteering in her community. Professionally, Monika has 15 years of client relationship management, revenue generation and event planning and is currently the Associate Director of Development at North Central College. Director, Information Services and Analysis
Jennifer obtained her B.S. in Math and Computer Science in 1995 at Illinois. She spent her earlier career in Computer Science industry at Frasca International Inc. as a software engineer. Now she is a International Admissions Specialist at Undergraduate Admissions at Illinois.

Featured Alumni
James Kyung, second-generation Korean American, grew up in suburban Chicago. After he graduated from college, in addition to his freelance photography, he worked in a coffee shop in Naperville, IL. He loves doughnuts and is fascinated by the history between doughnuts and Americans. After some gourmet doughnut tasting in the Chicago area, he decided to go out on his own in 2012 as a hobby. "All Pandamonium Doughnuts are freshly made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, and I also try to be local," said James. Learn more about James' story
Asian Pacific American Alumni Leadership Internship Endowment


 

The Endowment was a group effort and established by alumni from the 1980s through the 2000s. Chinese Business Students & Alumni Association is looking alumni to mentor for current Chinese business students for the next semester or even next year. The majority of the students are at graduate level, some currently looking for career development in the U.S.
